 My educational degrees are in Counseling Psychology (MEd) and Curriculum & Instruction (PhD). 

I believe the relationship between the client and therapist is collaborative. I see myself as a guide in the process of individual and couple therapy and I focus on what the client sees as most relevant to the resolution of their distress. I invite clients to share their individual and marriage counseling process, so that we can reach the best outcomes in a time efficient way. 

 I am an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in the States of Tennessee and New Jersey. I am also a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I provide easy-to-connect online therapy sessions  using a secure video connection.
